United South Central (USC) Elementary is located in southeastern Minnesota in the beautiful community of Wells, MN. USC proudly serves approximately 350 students from PreK to the 6th grade in a student-centered environment where staff understands the importance of developing a strong rapport with students. In order to empower students to succeed inside and outside the classroom, Rebel Rights (Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe) were created as a Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) system coupled with social-emotional learning opportunities.
